I’m going to be brief this week. I sent some interesting stuff in the ‘free’ version of Crayolas Set Me Free. I have no way of knowing if you read that, as a paid subscriber or not? But if you don’t, I usually include some things that might interest you too. I try to keep your version of this more about the demos, assuming that you’ll read the other information that I offer in the free version.
If you missed it in the video, the total length of this demo is over an hour long. If I only send one 6 minute clip a week, we’ll be here awhile. In thinking about it, I think that the best thing for me to do is to send you all shorter sections of the demo twice a week. That way I can keep them shorter, 6-7 minutes or so without being here until the 4th of July!!! So expect another one early next week. If it’s too much, save the email and return to view at your leisure. This also makes uploading much easier. Once these get past about 7 minutes, the upload time gets reeeeaaaallly long.
I just finished this little 12”x12” acrylic and have not posted it anywhere yet. You are it’s first audience. It’s painted on Ampersand Gesso Board and is of low tide in Provincetown, showing the huge breakwater built to protect the harbor. I’m working on pieces for a show on Cape Cod this July. This one may make the cut, not sure?
